We ended up changing the display cord and making sure that the signal was HDMI (for our Macintosh.The monitor is now displaying 100% of Adobe RGB according to our Spyder.Thanks to Roger and all who gave us suggestions. Interesting how a simple cord (and even display signal), can cut your display gamut.
