At the time of the 2100 (which is the 9600 tech) I regularly had calls from clients to tell me their prints were turning green. I saw it happen on my own device too. This was a driver corruption issue, and could be fixed by reinstalling the driver. Although I most assuredly don't have the abilities of Bill Atkinson, I do assure you that running a profile with one of Bill's larger targets with 4000 or so patches will produce a perfectly usable profile for the 9600. Anyone on this list including me can do that for you, it has got much easier since the iSis XL came on the market. Edmund
