When I try to run the software, I get to the positioning step and I center the "dot" on the screen. When I do this, the actual i1Pro is pointing towards the bottom right of the screen and I get the message that it is positioned too close to the edge of the screen and to try again. If I visually point the i1Pro closer to the center of the screen, the "dot" moves to the top left and I still get the same error message.

What about when we switch to Mavericks? I know i1Profiler is supposed to support projector calibration. What other projector calibrating software is available that you would recommend?

I don’t know if this will work but it’s worth a try. Try un-focusing the projector slightly. We found that it would make some projector/screen combinations work. regards, Steve
