Splitting CMYK v4 profiles into 4 grayscale channel images

Anyone here know the best way to convert an image to 4x grayscale CMYK channels/tiffs through a v4 cmyk (i1Profiler) profile? It’s been too long for me. This is for an experimental screen printing process BTW. Best, Walker
