The root cause of what Axel is experiencing is not a glitch in UDACT; it´s simply because the Color Navigator Software (and other softwares, too) uses a device correction for the Swing Sensor and UDACT is not aware of this correction at all. So while UDACT is reading "raw" values, the Swing is corrected to get optimized readings on a wide gamut display. All colorimeters need these kind of correction - either built-in or handled by software. The only real remedy is to use an instrument and software combo where one can specify the correction - Basiccolor Discus and i1 Display Pro have selectable built-in correction tables - or make use of a spectral device like the i1 Pro/Pro 2. Hi
Re the issue with UDACT I have seen the same thing when checking my EIZO CG 243w. Try changing the settings in UDAC for colour temp to "Auto' or 'Custom' this has worked for me. It seems to be a UDACT glitch.
