What method to you use to polarize these light sources?

I have a 4 point light halogen setup but made a selection of the 4 lamps from about 10 lamps.

I've found I get superbly uniform results with PCB stripboxes -- four of them in a square around the art, something like a giant ringlight, close to the plane of the art.
