There are no _ prefixes for the regular files. How are we supposed to build Libc?

Problem: -------- The Xcode project at: http://opensource.apple.com/source/Libc/Libc-1082.50.1/ does not build with Xcode 4.6 or 8.0 (my guess is that it doesn't build at all with any Xcode version). Question -------- As there's no visible README file in the directory, how are we supposed to build this project? Note: ----- I was actually looking for Libc-1082.60.1 but it's not available yet.
