Darwin 8.5 available?

I see that the sources for darwin 8.5 (equivalent to Mac OS X 10.4.5) are available from opendarwin but I haven't seen a "release notice" yet. It does seem that this is not quite complete, as the plist isn't there yet. Does anyone know if the release is actually "set" or is it perhaps still in progress?
