i would, but you may not contact apple's DTS unless you have (paid for) a technical support incident.
My experience is that writing to dts@apple.com gets read and considered even if you have not bought any incidents/are a premiere member, etc. Don't expect them to fix your bugs if you write, but if you write about something like we are discussing here (broken links, missing source) I believe they will act.
