Unlike Tim, disabling my .tcshrc didn't help. The behavior is inconsistent in a consistent way (-: I'll get the error every time if I SSH in from a 10.4.1 box, and I'll get it the first time I SSH from a PC (using PuTTY), but then the next time I SSH from the PC, I don't get the buggy behavior. ("The first time" here is "first time after waking up the computer from sleep" which could also mean "first time with that IP address" since it gets a different one each time). -- Dan _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
