/dev and "USB to RS232 adaptor"

site_archiver@lists.apple.com Delivered-To: darwin-dev@lists.apple.com Hi, I have an 'usb to rs232' adaptor and can't seem to make a /dev device appear for it. It is listed in the IORegisteryExplorer, but no device seems to have been created for it. I hoping to use it with minicom for some embedded device work, but I am a little stuck. Any suggestions?
