As a (non-paying) ADC Online member, don't expect to hear anything further after doing so. Let's say don't expect to hear anything until your patches are officially released as a part of OS X -- if they are. The difference between paying and non-paying members is, that the later have access to pre-release software and thus sometimes get to check their own enhancement ideas before the rest of the poulation.
