The Global Flags Editor (gflags.exe) on Windows allows you to associate a image with a debugger to debug said image, so whenever that image is launched as an executable, you immediately are in that debugger. It's handy when you're not the one in charge of launching the service, but you do want to debug it when it does get launched (possibly with log & continue breakpoints).
