I am able to boot and it goes as far as "The following devices are available for installation:" but then it stops. 8.0.1 will not run on a Pentium 3. It requires CPU features that are only available in the Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 64, if I recall correctly.
OK. I found a message on the osx86project website confirming this. (strange this information is pretty hard to find on the apple website itself). Is there a way around this? Recompile the kernel?
