They work for me. I find that very hard to believe, this is not a debate-able issue, the fact is the links are broken.

You see, I was looking at <http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/>. Those links work. OpenDarwin also provides a mirror at <http://www.opendarwin.org/en/downloads/>. Those links work, too.
