What I can see is the underlying toolsset of Xcode (compilers, make, jam etc...), but not the IDE itself. The eMail title made it sound like that should be in there, too. Sources have been posted for XCode versions 2.4.1, 2.5, and 3.1 Beta. And for completeness, we added a link for 3.0 that goes to the Leopard sources, since they are the same release.
