Despite common belief just "Darwin" is not an streaming server, the "Darwin Streaming Server" is ( See also: http://developer.apple.com/darwin/projects/darwin/faq.html , http://developer.apple.com/darwin/projects/streaming/ ). Find the appropiate lists here: I already proposed that there should be a - maybe boldface - note in http://lists.apple.com/mailman/listinfo/darwin-dev or the welcome message that those darwin lists don't cover streaming server topics.
