I don't think so - Sony is the key player behind Blu-ray, will not be shipping any HD-DVD hardware for the foreseeable future, and Apple I think committed to Blu-ray too. But no retail Blu-ray drive yet exists for Macs: I suppose you might be able to hack an Xbox 360 drive to work when they ship, On the BluRay front, some PC parts places show an internal BluRay recordable as "available."
