This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com Google web search is my friend for situations like this. It shows that the missing symbol is part of the Kerberos authentication scheme. I usually look at the Darwinports or Fink build files for the package in question to see what tweaks are needed to get it built on OSX.
