New and only webbrowser session does not play quicktime file

If not please let me know. Does anyone ever seen the following problem or does anyone have a solution to the following problem? I am trying to stream quicktime movies with the Darwin Streaming Server. The Streaming server is installed on a Windows 2003 Server. I got the server working but I am experiencing a strange problem. I use the following code in a webpage to connect to the streaming server: <OBJECT CLASSID="clsid:02BF25D5-8C17-4B23-BC80-D3488ABDDC6B" WIDTH="160"HEIGHT="144" CODEBASE="http://www.apple.com/qtactivex/qtplugin.cab"> When I open the webpage which contains this code in a web browser (no other web browser sessions are open at that moment) the movie starts to play. I close down this web browser session an I open a new web browser session to this page. After I repeat this a few times (2 or 3 times) the movie does not start playing. When this occurs I can open a second web browser session to this page and the movie in that session will work. Every following new and only web browser session will not work. Restarting Darwin Streaming Server solves the problem, but again after 2 or 3 times trying the problem is back. To investigate this I have installed on different versions of windows and on linux: If I install Darwin streaming server version: 5.0.1 on windows 2003 server the problem exists. If I install Darwin streaming server version: 5.0.1 on windows 2000 server the problem also exists. If I install Darwin streaming server version: 5.0.1 on Linux (debian) the problem still exists. If I install Darwin streaming server version: 5.0 on Linux (debian) the problem still exists. Is there anyone out there who could help me?
