The "interceptor" driver would need to match all USB video-class devices so the iSight drivers will always load first.] The only way I can think of is to replace the original drivers after saving them, then load the original drivers when requested. We have always used these directly (either in a script or execv) to load our kexts. You really don't want to use some other way because Apple changes how kextload works on occasion. (caps intended. Windows devs love caps ) A list of HANDLEs can be provided to this routine (similarly: the user space routines) to wait for any of the objects to signal. I suppose the closest *NIX has to Window's Objects & HANDLEs are file descriptors. Though these are not directly equivalent. You need to consider type of objects being waited for to decide what synchronization primitive to use. What are these 2 objects?
