sysctlfn

Hi, Is there a way to use sysctl in my KEXT to allow a userland daemon call some function in my KEXT , I was reading the sys/sysctl.h file and it appears that there might be some capability of this, but can't tell from just that file alone 1. Is this feasible 2.
