Hi,

I'm curious to know if anyone else has seen a similar problem? Or if not, can anyone point me at the darwin source bundle that the VFS code lives in so that I can try and figure out for myself? (I've found http://fxr.watson.org/fxr/source/bsd/vfs/vfs_journal.c?v=xnu-792, but I just don't know if this code is used in 10.5.5). The timing suggests that the problem was introduced with 10.5.3 which I installed on 5/30. Thanks for your help!
My hardware looks as follows, with a hardware raid card with 3 drives in it right now:
Model Name: Mac Pro Model Identifier: MacPro3,1 Processor Name: Quad-Core Intel Xeon Processor Speed: 3 GHz Number Of Processors: 2 Total Number Of Cores: 8 L2 Cache (per processor): 12 MB Memory: 4 GB Bus Speed: 1.6 GHz Boot ROM Version: MP31.006C.B05 SMC Version: 1.25f4 Serial Number: G88064B3XYL
Mac Pro RAID Card:
PCI Slot: Slot-4 Hardware Version: 1.00 Firmware Version: M-2.0.3.3 Expansion ROM Version: 0018
Cheers, Cos.
