This is a KEXT project i am doing so I just went to the /System/Library/Frameworks/Kernel.Framework/Versions/A/Headers/netkey/ and created a blank file key_var.h and now my project compiles just fine. This kind of stunt is only recommended for Trained Professionals, on a closed course. It may compile fine, but unless you understand what is happening internally to these header files, it's a real crap-shoot. Even after you understand it, you are still taking a risk.
