site_archiver@lists.apple.com Delivered-To: darwin-kernel@lists.apple.com The KAUTH_PROCESS_CANSIGNAL action of the Kauth subsystem is unimplemented in all public versions of OS X. (At time of writing, that's through 10.6.) The only mention of this is within the kernel source. TN2127 gives a pretty strong hint about this. <http://developer.apple.com/mac/library/technotes/tn2005/tn2127.html> Thanks for taking the time to file this. Admittedly, I could see how you could read this as "wasn't implemented in 10.4 but is implemented in future systems". I'll leave <rdar://problem/3931697> to track the issue with the kernel and I'll treat <rdar://problem/7724502> as a bug against the technote to clarify the text quoted above.
