I'm just speculating here, but depending on how the allocator works, cycling through the addresses may be normal and you may just be eventually getting hit by fragmentation as Shantonu suggests. Eg, it looks like a leak but isn't. What happens if you run your test in a tight loop, just allocating & deallocating? Do you ever see the physical addresses wrap back around?
