Keeping C data structures and assembly versions in sync

I don't know if this is the forum for it, but I thought I would ask anyway. Does anyone know an easy way to keep data structures in C and their assembly counterparts in sync easily? I hate having to constantly go edit the header file for the assembly included section to keep it in sync with the C structure... Thanks.
