The child media objects you published are at /dev/disk2s2s1 and /dev/disk2s3s1 respectively (the "BSD Name" property in the IOMedia objects). Diskutil shows the IOMedia objects as disk2s2s1 disk2s3s1 respectively, but this IOMedia objects are not getting mounted after making file system on it.
