Where can i find TCPLogger and tcplog examples

Hi, I have asked this question twice over the holiday season, but I think alot weren't answering because of the holiday season. Just wanted to quickly ask it again. Does anyone know where on the developer site is the TCPLogger and tcplog examples. I searched the archives and found links to where they should be, but they no longer work. So does anyone know a current link to both those programs that works?
