setproctitle?

The man page for setproctitle is there, but when I use this routine, I get a link error that it's undefined. Is it present in some library, or just missing from Mac OS X? If missing, is there an alternate API? Are there plans to bring this functionality to Mac OS X? Thanks a ton. Rob
