Loading KEXT at boot time

I'm having trouble getting a kernel extenstion to load at boot time. It is a non-IOKity kernel extionsion, and I want it to load every time the system boots. I set the OSBundleRequired key to Console, but that didn't work. Does any one have experience with this?
