More Dummynet

Sorry for missing the post last week, I wasn't trying to waste your time. I'm really interested in trying to get Dummynet to work. Is there any chance you could give me an idea of what needs to be done? As you said, I've tried adding an option for Dummynet to the MASTER file (along with trying to manually define it), but there's definitely more work left.
