format of sysctl( { CTL_KERN, KERN_PROCARGS, pid } )

Is the output format of format of sysctl( { CTL_KERN, KERN_PROCARGS, pid } ) somewhere documented? The output seems to be mostly Utf8-strings, with some ints thrown in.
