There's no supported mechanism for achieving this goal. Moreover, I can't think of any mechanism that's likely to be even remotely reliable, or have any hope of long-term binary compatibility. What's your high-level goal here? If it's some sort of screen sharing, that's possible using CG APIs. Beyond that, I'd need to know some specifics before I could comment as to whether there might be an alternative possibilities.
