If only all of our customers were that on the ball! Unfortunately, I cannot find a kernel debug kit to match the kernel version he is running. From the dump file, they are running xnu-792.11.5 (Darwin Kernel Version 8.7.3: Wed Aug 16 18:54:06 PDT 2006) Apple has symbol files for the kernels before and after this. Kernel Debug Kit 10.4.7 contains the kernel symbols for: Darwin Kernel Version 8.7.1: Wed Jun 7 16:19:56 PDT 2006; root:xnu-792.9.72.obj~2/RELEASE_I386 And Kernel Debug Kit 10.4.8 contains the kernel symbols for: Darwin Kernel Version 8.8.1: Mon Sep 25 19:42:00 PDT 2006; root:xnu-792.13.8.obj~1/RELEASE_I386 you should send an email to dts@apple.com asking for the kernel debug kit equivalent to the version of 10.4.7 which shipped with the Mac Pro machines. xnu 792.11.15 is the version of the kernel which shipped on those machines. Good luck. _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored.
