I finally found the cvs instructions (still cvs, huh? when will it move to Subversion, or HAH! Perforce...), but they seem to be quite lacking, and still seem to require that I painstakingly download each module. If opendarwin still have an rsync server up, then you can download the various modules in a single rsync command. If they don't...well you can't ;-) Seems like it could be better... True.
