We keep seeing the same error in our syslog, it has coincided with 2 complete system crashes: Jan 27 16:16:52 www mach_kernel: IOHIDSystem: postEvent LLEventQueue overflow. Though CrashReporter is enabled (OS X 10.2.3), we see no consistent logs being sent to /Library/Logs/CrashReporter. Clearly the "www" uid suggests either httpd (Apache 1.3.27) or our database (WebDNA 4.5.1) as a possible culprit. But other research has led me to believe that the "IOHIDSystem" mention refers to peripheral devices(USB) or drivers. Please correct my understanding if I'm wrong? Anyone have any suggestions for getting more information from the system to debug this problem? Thanks.
