Darwin 8 sources were released together with OS X 10.4 on April 29th, 2005, this is what I recall. I am not Apple, but I would - expect - the Darwin 9 sources to be released soon. Anyone have an idea when Leopard kernel sources will be available? No, but usually they arrive shortly after the release. 10.4.9 had been released 13 days after releasing some different binary named 10.4.9 10.4.10 has been released 20. June 2007.
