I am not sure where to ask this so I'll start here and maybe someone can point me in the correct direction. Where would I find information on licensing issues dealing with kernel drivers? If I want to start selling my application that incorporates a driver hook, NKE, are there any licensing issues I should be aware of? I'm sure there are, but most of us on this list only pretend to be lawyers, so you should have one of your own (there's safety in numbers). For starters, check out the Darwin site <http://developer.apple.com/ darwin>, and check out the links for the Apple Open Source license (there's a FAQ for that) and for licensing. There are developers on this list who are probably in a situation similar to yours, and they may be able to provide specific information, once you've digested what the Darwin site has to offer.
