If you can not reproduce the issue in 10.4, then it is likely that discussing it will violate the NDA Shawn, I have submitted a bug report to Apple. What I wanted to know is if it is permissible to show the summary for the kernel panic and see if someone can tell me if it is an easy pointer to a fix like I missed something or not.
