I think you'll find it here: http://www.samba.org/ However, it won't do you much good for what you wanted, since it's not in the kernel. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that Apple just includes samba to provide smb shares. It's not worth the pain to write such a thing into the kernel.
