Could your PCI driver be doing anything to somehow affect that? Of course the LR is set to 0x3373c8, which given the DAR and DSISR seems very suspicious. I suspect this is yet another example of the failure we've already seen, where something has trashed the kernel's stack and has resulted in something going off into the weeds. My suspicion is still that there's something in your PCI driver that's overflowing or otherwise stomping on the stack, and it's just a matter of dumb luck who happens to get nailed by it and when...
