I thought you had to do license violating things, like running some "hackintosh" distro to use MacOSX in a VM. You are allowed to run multiple copies of Mac OS X SERVER inside VMs _on_ Mac OS X Server, and only on Apple hardware. Also, each instance of Mac OS X Server must itself be purchased and licensed.
