In the Contents section on the left you should see a disclosure triangle next to each "choice". Disclose the contents of that choice, then select the folder or item. In the "Configuration" tab on the right, you will find close to the bottom a checkbox for "Require admin authentication". You have to check this for all packages that you want the admin authentication to be required for. For example, if a user picks only a couple of choices, then you need to make sure that you see the authentication box for any choices that are appropriate.

I specify a scripts folder in the PackageMaker 3.0.3 (174) set up and it recognizes the post install script. I run my installer and all is well EXCEPT the post install script does not run.
