Please, correct me if im wrong. Your company needs to distribute a program in the iso format. For this product, the program is composed by 2 iso files. Each iso has a .pkg When installing the 1st pkg(/iso), $1 try to use "/Volume/User software" which is actually correct. When installed the 2nd pkg(iso), $1 points also to "/Volume/User software", instead of "/Volume/User software 1" where it should. is this what is happening? When executing the 2nd pkg...are your "InstallationCheck/VolumeCheck/preflight" scripts being executed? It is important that we get the current the path of the installer because we need to copy the supporting files from the iso to the target system. So if there is no way get the current path of the installer in flat packages, there is no point in switching to flat packages.
