The kernel extension must be approved by the user, or a Mobile Device
Management server (if the computer is enrolled with one).
Your best workaround might be to detect if a user is logged in during
installation, and open System Preferences —> Security & Privacy, and present
the user with instructions on how to enable your kernel extension. You can also
do this on first launch of your application.
