I am having a problem when running an upgrade of my custom application that the ../Contents/Resources/Frameworks directory is not being overwritten. Rather the new component files are being merged with current files. This is causing a runtime error when the app restarts or is manually launched. I understand that Packagemaker by default overwrites files components but this doesn't seem to be the case here. Is there a hidden setting that I can tweak to ensure that all files are overwritten?
