FileVault and PackageMaker plugins

What is going on with FileVault and PackageMaker [installer] plugins? It appears that any PackageMaker installer with a plugin breaks when FileVault is turned on. You get the error "Please insert the disc to continue installation" and you can't install. This email sent to site_archiver@lists.apple.com
