Ideally, I would like to ssh into my Mac and run PackageMaker from the command-line. This is useful to me so that I can connect remotely when I'm not near the machine and still package the app, and so that I can hook up the package creation to a larger process which makes the package available on my website. When I run PackageMaker's command-line in a local terminal window, it works fine, but when I'm connected via ssh and run it, I get an error message: Couldn't register server on this host. Has anyone else seen this error message with PackageMaker? I didn't think that PackageMaker was trying to start a server, but the message seems to imply that I can't run PackageMaker unless I am running it locally. I'm using PackageMaker 1.2 on OS X 10.3.9. Thanks in advance. Fazan __________________________________________ Yahoo! DSL Something to write home about.
