Installer-dev mailing list (Installer-dev@lists.apple.com) Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: http://lists.apple.com/mailman/options/installer-dev/site_archiver%40lists.a... i hope this is a stupid question and i am missing something obvious, but i'm running into the following usability problem in PM: when i add a folder with files (for example, an .app bundle, or a framework) to be installed in PackageMaker, Pm will show me a list of all files it finds in the folder, and i can fine-tune the selection of files i actually want to deploy, using checkboxes. that's fine. now, as pro project evolves, new files get added (or old filed get removed) from the folder - but the list in PM never updates. i notie that PM will automatically deploy new files that are in the folder, but i lose the ability to fine-tune and selectively disable individual files (or even just see, at a glance, what gets shipped). the only way i could find for PM to get the new list of files was to remove the entire item and re-add it (losing, of course, all my settings). is this how things are supposed to work? is it a known bug/limitation? am i missing something obvious?
